Why I Started Phoebe & Co.
Hi, I'm Vicky, the founder of Phoebe & Co.
I created Phoebe & Co. because I wanted to offer dogs a calmer, more personal grooming experience.
Rather than busy salons with multiple dogs being groomed at once, every appointment in my purpose-built studio is dedicated entirely to one dog. This means I can work at your dog's pace, build trust and provide the time, patience and care they deserve.
I believe grooming should be a positive experience, not something dogs simply have to endure. That's why I've created a calm, cage-free environment where every appointment is focused entirely on your dog's comfort, wellbeing and individual needs.
My goal is simple: for every dog to leave looking and feeling their very best, while giving owners complete confidence that their dog has been cared for with kindness, patience and professionalism.
Qualifications & Professional Development
Providing exceptional care starts with a commitment to continual learning.
I believe professional development is an essential part of being a dog groomer, which is why I continue to invest in recognised qualifications and ongoing training.
Professional Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management
Level 3 Award in Canine First Aid
Level 3 Award in Promotion of Canine Skin, Hair and Nail Health
Level 3 Award in Canine Oral Hygiene (Emmi-pet)
Level 2 Award in Canine Care, Health and Behaviour
Currently Studying:
Level 4 Higher Professional Diploma in Dog Grooming
Level 2 Award in Safeguarding for Humans and Animals
Continued professional development allows me to provide up-to-date knowledge, safe handling techniques and the highest standard of care, giving you confidence that your dog is always in capable hands.
The Studio
Phoebe & Co. has been thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, comfortable environment where every dog receives my full attention. With only one dog in the salon at a time, every appointment is unhurried and personal. It's a space where both dogs and their owners can feel relaxed from the moment they walk through the door.
